What we actually do
- Sort your pile. Everything on one page, in plain English: what's urgent, what's coming, what's handled.
- Snap & Explain. Take a photo of any letter, bill, or form. You get the small print back in simple, short terms — what they want, what happens if you ignore it, your deadline, and the one buried catch. No long paragraphs, ever.
- Hunt for money you're missing. A sourced scan of benefits and discounts you may qualify for — grants, food help, cheaper internet and utilities, veteran programs — with the official source for every item, so you can check us.
- Watch your deadlines. Renewals and due dates tracked, with reminders before they can hurt you. Most benefits aren't lost in a fight — they're lost to a missed date.
- Do the legwork. Forms prepared, call scripts written for the calls you'd rather not make, packets assembled — you approve every step, and you sign where only you can sign.
- Fight your bills. Upload any bill — late or not. We check whether it's even right (wrong charges and un-billed insurance are everywhere), find the company's hardship or assistance programs, and negotiate in writing for more time, a payment plan you can actually keep, fee relief, or a smaller total. We ask — in writing, so there's proof. They decide, and nothing is ever agreed without your OK.
- Check scams. Forward any suspicious text, email, or letter and get a plain-English verdict before you act on it.

Our rules — in writing
- We will never ask for a password, PIN, or one-time code. Anyone who does is not us.
- Nothing is sent, submitted, or paid on your behalf without your OK on that exact action.
- Every report shows its official sources. "You may qualify" is as strong as we'll ever say before an agency decides.
- Say STOP anytime. Say DELETE EVERYTHING and your documents are deleted the same day — with a receipt.
